This interior project involves a studio apartment designed for a newlywed couple. A key feature of the design is a custom-made separator that divides the space into two distinct zones: the “Growth” area and the “Rest” area, as defined by the owners.

This separator was a special request, thoughtfully incorporated to honor their Batak tradition. According to this tradition, the family of each bride will visit the couple’s home, and the divider serves to respectfully accommodate these visits while maintaining privacy and functionality within the compact studio space.
