AH House is the second project located in Grand Wisata, Tambun, Bekasi. Unlike its predecessor, Yovanka House, the concept for AH House leans more closely toward minimalism. Using stone-like finishes, the design aims to create a visual paradox—appearing both heavy and grounded, yet light and fluid at the same time.

The project explores the idea that spaciousness is not solely defined by square meters, but by the way space is narrated and experienced. Through thoughtful sequencing and spatial transitions, even compact areas can feel expansive. AH House challenges the notion that large land is necessary for a sense of openness, proving instead that with well-considered design, spatial comfort can be achieved regardless of scale.
