At the helm of this project are Mr. T.T.L. and Ms. E.B., two visionaries whose divergent perspectives converge seamlessly into a unified concept. The journey of Thenri House began on February 19, 2024, a moment where client intention met Grassociates’ passion for meaningful design. For the studio—barely a year and a half in practice—this project became both a milestone and a proving ground, a way to demonstrate that they are not only capable but committed.
